How to place an order?

To place your pre-order, fill out the FORM at the end of this page. Make sure to leave all required information: full name, phone number, order details and desired pick-up time. Once we get your Pre-order Form, we will reply with instructions for payment. Payment is required to finalize a pre-order.​​

What type of payments are available ?

Payments are accepted through Zelle or Venmo. 

Can I change items in my order?
Change of items may be accepted on a case-by-case basic. 

What if I need to Cancel my Order?
We are able to issue a full refund if your order is canceled within 24 hours after confirming it.  No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. 
 
When can I pick up my order?
Pick up is available on Dec 24, 2024 from noon to 1:00 pm, or 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Send us a message before heading to our place with ETA, order name, order details so we can have your order ready by the time you arrive.

Where can I pick up my order?

Pick-up location is near Costco (Bruceville Rd & Elk Grove Blv), Elk Grove, CA 95757 . An exact address will be provided once your pre-order is confirmed.
